My kids got special treatment the whole time plus movies and games to keep them busy .

Dr Juarez explained everything so well and showed genuine care - kids are already asking when they can come back

The staff has treated my son with the utmost respect and have been very patient with him. He has austism and ADHD,and it means the world to me that places of healthcare can show him kindness. I have had 3 different dentists in dallas prior to fresca dental for my son, and none of them were ever patient with him even though I continually told the staff of my son's disabilities. 

I am grateful for this place and Dr. Juarez and his kind staff for always being so understanding of my family's circumstances.

This is the best experience I had in a dental office.  And I hate dentist...But this staff was Wonderful and Dr.Juarez is awesome. They surprised me with pizza and the way the treated the patients. I will for sure recommend  people to this office!!!

 This review is specific to not only the Playa and the sister office Azul (in Richardson) but is primarily focused at Dr. Jordan Juarez, DDS.  I have been struggling to find a dentist for my special needs daughter after she aged out from the clinic at Children's Medical Center.  Dr. Juarez was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with her and provided  EXCELLENT service.  Her teeth have never looked so good.  I highly recommend Dr. Juarez for every family member but especially for those who have special needs.
